Key West has diving and snorkeling to view the wonderful underwater creatures never seen before, but if you want to get more out of diving and snorkeling, then Key Largo offers their underwater shipwrecks and underwater statues from hundred of years ago that are now home to thousands of different underwater creatures.

Windsurfing in either Key West or Key Largo is about the same. You get the same experience from both places, but only the view may be different in each part of the Keys.

Key West is more of a popular place for fly-fishing or hook and line fishing. Key West hosts some of today’s biggest fishing tournaments. Key Largo has waters that are protected from fishing, but do have great spots for fishing, as well.

Both Key Largo and Key West have some of the greatest hotels and restaurants around. Doesn’t matter what type of vacation your on, they both have what your looking for, if it’s a romantic dinner, wild party, or just a family night out.

Key Largo and Key West both offer places to visit the exotic wildlife of the Keys. Key Largo and Key West both have places where you can swim with the dolphins or take tours out in the wild to view the wonderful life of the wild animals.

Key Largo and Key West both offer the same things, but each thing in each place is different. So maybe, it might be best to visit both places, but if you are looking to visit only one place, then its going to be your choice as to which one you will be your destination. Key Largo and Key West are both two of the most beautiful places to visit and take your kids along.

The growth of the Internet and budget airlines has turned last-minute flights into a huge industry – you can just be surfing around, and then, right there, there’s a flight cheap enough for you to buy on impulse and go away this weekend. If you’re thinking about booking last minute flights, however, there are a few things you need to know.

An important point to make is that you cannot trust the prices you see quoted in advertising for last minute flights. This is because of the widely seen practice of excluding booking fees, airport taxes and all sorts of other little extras from the price – these all get added on just when you’ve got your card out and you’re ready to pay, in the hope that by then you will not want to back out.

Also, you should realise that just because a flight says it goes to a big city like London or Paris, it doesn’t mean that the airport is actually anywhere near. Budget airlines use smaller airports to avoid paying the higher airport charges at the larger ones, and these smaller airports can be as much as two hours away from the city centre by often unreliable public transport. In some cases, you can end up paying as much as you did for your plane tickets just to get a train to the place you thought was your destination.

On airlines that take bookings for seats, it is also worth noting that last minute flights will only have the seats that no-one else wanted, which usually means the ones in the middle of the row. This can be very important if you get airsick, or if you really want to sit together as a couple or family.

The biggest gotcha is that last-minute flights are always non-refundable. If you are going to buy one on impulse, make sure you can actually make it first, as there will not be any backing out of the deal afterwards.
